Acquisition, with CVC, of Barrett Resources Peru Corp., adding over 380 million barrels of oil reserves.

 

2008

Launch of Interbarge Hidrovía for iron ore transportation along the Paraná–Paraguay Waterway.

   

2010

Development of Bearing Agro operations in Uruguay and Paraguay, covering more than 20,000 hectares. Time-charter operation of over 30 vessels, including port and terminal management.

 

2011

Direct participation in the Glencore Initial Public Offering (IPO).

2012

Long-term diesel and fuel supply contracts across the Southern Cone.

   

2014

Partnership with ExxonMobil in a US$100 million offshore exploration project in Brazil, plus board positions in energy companies.
